Exodus 8:16
16 Then the LORD said to Moses, “Tell Aaron, ‘Stretch out your staff and strike the dust of the earth, that it may turn into swarms of gnats throughout the land of Egypt.’ ”

Exodus 4:8-9
8 And the LORD said, “If they refuse to believe you or heed the witness of the first sign, they may believe that of the second.
9 But if they do not believe even these two signs or listen to your voice, take some water from the Nile and pour it on the dry ground. Then the water you take from the Nile will become blood on the ground.”
Revelation 18:4-8
4 Then I heard another voice from heaven say: “Come out of her, My people so that you will not share in her sins or contract any of her plagues.
5 For her sins are piled up to heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities.
6 Give back to her as she has done to others; pay her back double for what she has done; mix her a double portion in her own cup.
7 As much as she has glorified herself and lived in luxury, give her the same measure of torment and grief. In her heart she says, ‘I sit as queen; I am not a widow and will never see grief.’
8 Therefore her plagues will come in one day— death and grief and famine— and she will be consumed by fire, for mighty is the Lord God who judges her.”
Revelation 12:13-17
13 And when the dragon saw that he had been thrown to the earth, he pursued the woman who had given birth to the male child.
14 But the woman was given two wings of a great eagle to fly from the presence of the serpent to her place in the wilderness, where she was nourished for a time, and times, and half a time.
15 Then from the mouth of the serpent spewed water like a river to overtake the woman and sweep her away in the torrent.
16 But the earth helped the woman and opened its mouth to swallow up the river that had poured from the dragon’s mouth.
17 And the dragon was enraged at the woman, and went to make war with the rest of her children, who keep the commandments of God and hold to the testimony of Jesus.
And the dragon stood on the shore of the sea
Luke 21:25-36
25 There will be signs in the sun and moon and stars, and on the earth dismay among the nations, bewildered by the roaring of the sea and the surging of the waves.
26Men will faint from fear and anxiety over what is coming upon the earth, for the powers of the heavens will be shaken.
27 At that time they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory
28 When these things begin to happen, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”
29 Then Jesus told them a parable: “Look at the fig tree and all the trees.
30 When they sprout leaves, you can see for yourselves and know that summer is near.
31 So also, when you see these things happening, know that the kingdom of God is near.
32 Truly I tell you, this generation will not pass away until all these things have happened.
33 Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will never pass away.
Be Watchful for the Day
34 But watch yourselves, or your hearts will be weighed down by dissipation, drunkenness, and the worries of life—and that day will spring upon you suddenly like a snare.
35 For it will come upon all who dwell on the face of all the earth.
36 So keep watch at all times, and pray that you may have the strength to escape all that is about to happen and to stand before the Son of Man.”
Malachi 4:1-6
1 “For behold, the day is coming, burning like a furnace, when all the arrogant and every evildoer will be stubble; the day is coming when I will set them ablaze,” says the LORD of Hosts. “Not a root or branch will be left to them.”
2 “But for you who fear My name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings,a and you will go out and leap like calves from the stall.
3 Then you will trample the wicked, for they will be ashes under the soles of your feet on the day I am preparing,” says the LORD of Hosts.
4 “Remember the law of My servant Moses, the statutes and ordinances I commanded him for all Israel at Horeb
5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and awesome Day of the LORD.
6 And he will turn the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers Otherwise, I will come and strike the land with a curse.”
